To deliver a report we collect the VIN you submit and the email address you provide. If you create an account, we store your email, a securely hashed password, and your report history and credit balance.
We use your information solely to generate and deliver your reports, manage your account and credits, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Carchieve never receives or stores your full card number.
We use a single secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You can request access to, or deletion of, your account data at any time by emailing info@carchieve.com.
