"SERVICE BULLETIN - HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD IS CONDUCTING A SAFETY RECALL OF MOTORCYCLES AND SCOOTERS LISTED IN THE AFFECTED UNITS SECTION OF THIS BULLETIN.
