Some 2018-2020 Navigator vehicles may exhibit an inoperative or broken second row deployable cup holder which is located on the rear side of the front floor console. The deployable cup holder part (service base part number 7813562 ) is now available separately as a lower-level service part. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00 > Rear Audio Control Module (RACM) for the procedure to remove the floor console rear trim panel. When installing the screws on the cup holder and carrier, tighten to 1.1 +/-0.2 Nm (9.7 +/-1.8 lb-in).
