GENUINE MOTOR PARTS AND MOTOR ACCESSORIES BULLETIN PAB1110: 2021 TOURING & TRIKE - COOLFLOW FAN FITMENT. PURPOSE: Revision. To inform dealers that the CoolFlow Fan is temporarily not a fitment on 2021 Touring, Trike, Custom Vehicle Operations (CVO) Touring and Police Touring motorcycles due to the 2021 Electronic Control Module (ECM) change on Milwaukee-Eight (MKE-8) models. Update: Starting the week of March 15, 2021, Digital Technician II (DT II) will have the updated calibrations for the CoolFlow Fan for vehicles manufactured before February 15, 2021. NOTE: After the DT II release the week of March 15, 2021, the CoolFlow Fan can be enabled on 2021 vehicles built prior to February 15, 2021 after completing an ECM reflash using DT II.
