PC792 New vehicles in retailer inventory can also be identified by using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). Refer to IPSB 15-286 for additional information SERVICE COMM will only be active for vehicles in new vehicle retailer inventory. If a retailer receives a supplemental Owners Manual addendum booklet for a vehicle they have retailed, currently have in their new vehicle or pre-owned inventory, or an INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle (ICV) Service, the retailer should either forward the owners manual addendum to the current owner or add the addendum to the glove box of any affected vehicle they currently control. Owners Manual addendum booklets will be sent directly to affected retailers via United States Postal Service (USPS). They should arrive at retailers no later than March 29, 2021. Additional addendums may be obtained, as needed, via the INFINITI Marketing Material Ordering site located under Dealer Operations in NNAnet beginning April 19, 2021. Clients receiving this addendum booklet have been advised to insert this booklet into their glove box.
