Voluntary Customer Satisfaction Field Campaign Notice sent to tire dealers regarding Alliance model 398 Flotation Radial MPT 13 124J TL Tires, size 600/50R22.5 with production date prior to March 2019. Notice indicates that certain of these Tires are slightly out of round thereby creating vibration issues at speeds over 40mph. Technical examination of the Tires has not identified a specific deficiency in design, materials or manufacture. The vibration issues while not a safety concern, cause the Tires to perform in a manner that does not meet our expectations nor that of our customers. The Notice provides tire dealers an option to return any new unsold tires held in dealer inventory. Dealers are instructed in the Notice how to identify the Tires and to contact YOHTA to arrange for return of tires from inventory for a credit. Replacement Tires are not currently available.
