Overview: Certain 2022 model year Blue Bird Vision School Bus units that are equipped with a ROUSH CleanTech 7.3L V8 gasoline or propane engine, with or without an air pump, Roush and Blue Bird have identified a concern with falsely setting misfire codes. This may or may not be combined with fuel gauge accuracy concerns and these concerns may cause a check engine light to be illuminated. Affected Units: Roush and Blue Bird is voluntarily issuing a Service Bulletin for the following: Certain model year 2022 Blue Bird Vision School Buses Manufactured from May 3, 2021 through July 16, 2021 A separate printout will be provided listing all buses in your territory that are affected by this service bulletin. Service Bulletin S21BK will be mailed to all owners on record. Be sure to review your list and advise of any incorrect owner names and/or addresses. Repair Parts: No additional parts/items are required to perform Service Bulletin S21BK. Please reference the Roush Instructions and reference the link to obtain a Voucher Code. Labor Reimbursement Complete ROUSH CleanTech warranty claim for reimbursement. A warranty claim was automatically generated when obtaining your voucher code.
