TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: CYLINDER IMBALANCE DTC P219XXOO INSPECTION AND INJECTOR REPLACEMENT - This bulletin provides information regarding cylinder air-fuel ratio imbalance DTC P219XX00 stored in ECU on some 2022MY Carnival (KA4) vehicles with Lambda III 3.5L GDI engine, produced from January 26, 2021 through November 10, 2021, which may exhibit reduced power when accelerating from a stop or while driving and MIL ON with one or more of the following DTC(s): - P219C00 - Cylinder #1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance - P219D00 - Cylinder #2 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance - P219E00 - Cylinder #3 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance - P219F00 - Cylinder #4 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance - P21A000 - Cylinder #5 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance - P21A100 - Cylinder #6 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance If one or more of the listed DTCs are present for any cylinder, then one or more high-pressure injectors (1) and clip (2) may require replacement if DTC is stored. In addition, replacement of the high-pressure fuel pipe (3) and cross-over pipe (4) will need to be replaced.
