Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is active or stored:C2502-64 - Status ECM Tcfailsts Or Transm2 Transmissionfailsts Or Brake8 Dstfailsts Or Brake8 Escfailsts Or Status ECM Emsfailsts Or Ge Electricsteeringfailsts - Signal Plausibility Failure. DTC C2502-64 may be active or stored in the DTCM due to other OBD DTC?s with the Transmission Control Module (TCM) or Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The DTC will not turn on a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) light.
