Door Outer Appliques Delaminating This bulletin involves inspecting all six B and C-pillar door appliques and possibly replacing them if needed. If a customer?s VIN is listed in VIP or your RSU VIN list, performthe Inspection Procedure. This RSU only applies to vehicles on the RSU VIN list. Using a feeler gauge, inspect all six B and C-pillar door appliques by grasping thetop of the applique with finger tips and pull the applique away from door Fig.1.Separating, Warped Or Lifting Applique Were any of the front or rear B or C-pillar door appliques not firmly attachedand pulled away 1.5 mm (.15 cm) or more at the top of the doors Fig.1? YES>>>Proceed to Step1 of the Repair Procedure for front door applique replacementand/or proceed to Step2 of the Repair Procedure for rear door applique replacement. NO>>>This bulletin does not apply, use inspect LOP (23-05-11-97) to close theactive RSU.
