After receiving the case if it is determined that CIVIC logging is required, a password will be generated for activation of the CIVIC logging (where the customer has approved this). This password and Xentry instruction on how to create a log will be communicated in the TIPS case. The password is case sensitive and only valid for 24 hours. Note: If unable to obtain the customer approval for CIVIC logging simply state so in the TIPS case notes.
