Complaint Creaking or ticking noise during driving operation - in particular in the event of stronger body stimuli such as on rough roads - from the left and/or right rear area (near the roller sunblind bearings) of the panoramic roof frame. Cause Relative movement of the contact areas of the rear crossmember to the side metal component parts of the panoramic roof frame (picture_1) Remedy 1. Loosen roller sunblind of panoramic roof; to do so process operation steps 1 up to and including 12 in AR77.21- P-0215MEC; removal of the wind deflector (operation step 2) is not required 2. Slide roller sunblind of panoramic roof slightly forward and expose crossmember on left (picture_2) and right (picture_3) 3. Carefully enlarge gap between crossmember and side metal component part of the panoramic roof frame with a wedge (picture_4) 4. Press Teroson PU6700 or 6800 (adhesive/seam seal) into the gap (picture_5) 5. Spread adhesive/seam seal to prevent contact with the roller blind material (picture_6) 6. Repeat point 3 to 5 on the other side 7. Installation of roller sunblind of panoramic roof in the reverse order
