This bulletin also includes the following software enhancements: Bootloader update to prevent battery disconnect unit damage. Improvements in detecting pre-existing battery disconnect unit damage. Charging related enhancements that may lead to DTC P0CA6 falsely setting. This bulletin involves reprogramming the IDCM, BPCM, MCP A, MCP B and the EVCU with the latest available software and then, if needed, performing a Wheel End Disconnect Position Learn routine.
