Some 2024-2025 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit a grunt-type noise from the front brakes during initial brake applications that goes away after the brakes warm-up. For vehicles that exhibit a noise comparable to the video only, refer to the following direction depending on vehicle build date.<br /><br /> * Vehicles built on or before 13-Jun-2024, that have previously had front disc brake rotors replaced with part number PZ1Z-1125-B: Engineering is investigating further brake noise improvements with a solution targeted for late Q4 2025. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service should be expected to impact this condition at this time.<br /><br /> * Vehicles built on or before 13-Jun-2024, that have not had front brake service: replace both front brake disc rotors with part number PZ1Z-1125-B. Refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 206-03 Front Disc Brake > Removal and Installation.
