ACTION Date: October 2, 2025 To: FOMs, DOMs, RAMs, & RGMs Subject: LAUNCH PD172 PMA55 Multi Model Monroney Bumper Label QA Dealer Announcement and Procedure ACTION: FOMs & DOMs are asked to ensure that dealers are aware of this new campaign information. Dealer Announcement: To ensure continued customer satisfaction and confidence, Nissan is conducting a quality action on certain specific model year 2025 ARIYA, 2024-2025 Pathfinder, 2024-2026 Rogue, 2024-2025 Murano and 2025-2026 Kicks vehicles, as identified in Service Comm and DBS National Service History. This action updates the Monroney labels to reflect corrected bumper labeling requirements for California and Hawaii. Dealers will replace original Monroney labels with corrected Monroney labels. Nissan will send VIN-specific corrected labels to address affected vehicles in dealer inventory. New labels will begin shipping via Federal Express Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Dealers will replace original Monroney labels with corrected Monroney labels. Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. What Dealers Should Do: PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History Open Campaigns I.D. PD172 & PMA55 New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information Some vehicles may still be in transit. Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for applicability. 2.Please do not drive, loan, sell or trade the specific vehicles in dealer inventory subject to this quality action. 3.Use the attached procedure to remedy any vehicles affected by this quality action prior to sale. 4.If you have exchanged or traded one of the affected vehicles to another Nissan dealer, please forward the corrected Monroney label to the current dealer upon receipt so it can be attached to the vehicle. If a vehicle has been retailed, dispose of the corrected Monroney label using the same procedure as for destroying the original Monroney label. 5.The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action performed to close the campaign in Service Comm and release the vehicle.
