STOP SALE NOTICE Hino Trucks has received approval to perform, and must now execute, an emissions recall under the terms of a Consent Decree with the Federal Government and the State of California. In order to ensure compliance with that agreement and timely completion of the recall, Hino dealers shall not sell, resell, re-lease, import or export any vehicle model identified above, unless it has received the applicable Emissions Modification (recall). This requirement applies from the date of this notice until which time the recall is completed for an eligible vehicle. Not adhering to this Consent Decree requirement could result in significant fines to Hino Trucks and/or the Hino dealer.
