Complaint Stored DTC C220564 - "There is an internal fault in the steering angle sensor. There is an implausible signal." In the quick test, there are also no other DTC's in other control units that point to or reference N80 Steering Column Control Module ("SCCM"). There is no effect on any other components or vehicle functions and it does not cause an instrument cluster light. Cause The DTC only ever occurs during initialization (initialization occurs after bus sleep). The SCCM then resets itself. Remedy 1. If the error is stored and no other control unit points to the N80 SCCM ignore and erase. Software expected in Q4 2026. 2.If the DTC is in the N80 SCCM AND the following DTC's are in N30/3 (Electronic Stability Program) and N68 (Electric Power Steering): N30/3 ESP: U071286, Steering column tube module control unit has a malfunction. There is an incorrect signal. N68 EPS: U042986, Implausible data were received from the steering column module. There is an incorrect signal.
