Complaint Replacement rear lower carbon bumper cover is delivered without Parktronc (PTS) sensor holders. This is observed during part replacement when the bumper is received without holders included. Applicable Bumper Part Numbers (SA 773): A1928854401 A1928855601 Cause There is no underlying defect See Remedy Remedy When replacing the rear lower carbon bumper cover, the PTS sensor holders must be ordered separately. Required Additional Parts: A1928883700 PTS holder, left A1928883800 PTS holder, right If the item numbers cannot be ordered regularly via Paragon, please open a TIPS case to the Body/Chassis/Entertainment inbox and provide the following information: recipient address contact person The parts will then be made available accordingly. Installation Notes PTS holders are supplied with adhesive tape and positional markings. Ensure the bonding surface of the bumper trim is clean and dry. Position the PTS holder correctly and apply firm, even pressure to ensure proper adhesion and secure bonding.
