TBM2.0H Setting U0080-00. Do not replace TBM ECU or SGW. If replacement is determined, Verify "Z" part number availability. Order a "Z" part number for all Exchange Orders, Warranty, Mopar, Customer Pay and Service Contract. Order "68" part number for New, Unsold units only. Under certain conditions, SGW Module may take longer to establish Ethernet communication after boot up. If it takes longer than 30 seconds, The TBM2.0H module will set DTC U0080 - Ethernet Bus 1. As soon as SGW responds, the TBM2.0H will demature the DTC and move it to STORED. This issue should not cause any customer related symptoms. Do not replace the following TBM Part Numbers: WL: 68639445AF,68637489AE,68663479AE. WS: 68734941AA,68729188AC. EJ: 68592344AI. KM: 68592343AL,68735975AD. DT: 68634362AJ,68624784AF,68624784AE,68735493AB,68735493AA. DJ (HDCC): 68608721AJ. If the TBM2.0H module has set the DTC U0080 and it is STORED or ACTIVE, please clear the fault and do nothing. No further diagnostics is required. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TBM2.0H Setting DTC B1E21 Do Not Replace the TBM ECU. Is triggered when the TBM Backup Battery is discharged, inactive, or drained. This can happen during the lifetime of the vehicle. TBM should NOT be replace for B1E21, since there is no fault on TBM. TBM battery is replaceable. Part number of the back-up battery inside TBM is 68597650AA. Do not replace the following TBM Part Numbers: WL: 68639445A$, 68663479A$. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TBM Setting DTC U0499-00 Please refer to SOL S268A000004 if you are attempting to replace or repair the telematics box due to DTC U0499-00. This DTC does not cause direct customer impact and cannot be cleared. Engineering is working on TBM software enhancements, tentative Q2 2026.
