Remedy Check the transmission software level and follow the steps below: You can use the EEPROM as txt file for Program version (see attachments for reference) 18a software: Flash transmission control unit Y3/14nY with latest software using Xentry, version 09/2021 or 12/2021 and all add-ons (except model designations 118.351, 118.651, 177.051, 177.151, 177.951); delete fault memory. 18b software: Flash transmission control unit Y3/14nY with latest software using Xentry, version 12/2023 and all add-ons If there is no software available for the DKG Control Unit, or the concern is still present after the software update: Please submit a TIPS case to the Powertrain Inbox and include the following information: - Initial Quick Test w/ Freeze Frame Data - DKG Control Unit Log - Guided Test result for P092500 - Initial EEPROM (before performing any adaptations) - Current EEPROM data
