Complaint The check engine light illuminates or the 48 V message is displayed in the instrument cluster Cause Fault code "P0A7F00" stored in the 48 V battery G1/3 and/or is current. Remedy Update the 48V battery to SW 25/12 A0019020424 Then perform the following measures: - Switch on ignition - Read out actual value 209 in XENTRY Diagnosis for G1/3 (48 V battery) "State of Health Capacity-SOHC" -- If the value > 80% doesn't require a healing process -- If the value is < 80%, continue with the following steps Carry out capacity healing procedures: - Discharge 48 V battery in vehicle with ignition "On" and check the SOC of the 48 V battery in the workshop menu of the instrument cluster - At SOC <30%: Stop discharge and lock vehicle - with key out of range; (Bus idle) -Charging the 48V battery - When SOC reaches or exceeds 70%, stop charging and lock the vehicle with the key out of range; (bus idle) - After 1.5h bus idle: Switch on ignition Read out actual value 209 in XENTRY Diagnosis in the G1/3 (48 V battery) "State of Health Capacity-SOHC" - SOH > 90%: Procedure is finished and fault memory erased - SOH < 90%: Repeat the steps again. If the value is still too low after 5 repetitions: Abort healing process and open a TIPS case.
