Complaint The seat cushion upholstery is visible when the seat cushion fore/aft adjustment (SKTV) is completely extended. Cause The stretch part of the seat cushion cover does not completely cover the padding. Remedy An adaptation must be made to the seat bolster in the form of a cutout. To do this, please proceed as follows: Extend the seat cushion fore/aft adjustment (SKTV) 2 times Trim the foam to reduce its height by 5 mm. Remove material along the front section up to the start of the profile (approximately 85 mm), then gradually taper the cut toward the rear. Extend SKTV 5 more times and check whether visibility is still ensured If necessary, lightly rework again Note: If too much of the foam part is removed, there is a risk that the stretch will become too wavy when retracted. Do not treat the stretch material in the seat cushion fore/aft adjustment area of the seat cushion cover with steam or hot air.
